Details
Each wedding day is so unique and I love to capture every little detail. Details are beautiful ways of expressing the personality of the couple and their wedding day. My favorites are the physical memories couples set aside to be captured in a creative way. These can include the rings, dress, perfume, bouquet, stationary, heirlooms, etc.
First Look
The first look is a tradition I have always cherished on wedding days. It is a private moment for the couple to see each other for the first time in their wedding attire. This emotion- filled first look allows them to enjoy each other's presence and prepare for the wedding day festivities ahead of them.
Golden Hour
Like many photographers, I am a sucker for golden hour! 1-2 hours before the sun sets, the light gets softer and creates a radiant glow that allows for romantic portraits. The atmosphere feels magical, and the newly wedded bride and groom get away from the reception for a private celebration.
Dancing
There's just something so electric about the energy on a dance floor. This is the time of night when everyone lets loose in celebration of the joyful couple. I always capture my favorite candids from the day on the dance floor, and it's the perfect way to end the night.
